Not quite, because you can get the bundles in parallel making it faster to load the feature bundle for your current route. Without lazy bundles you need to download everything before the page loads.

What is the purpose of lazy-loading feature modules and setting the preload strategy to PreloadAll? Isn’t that the same as eager loading modules?
