					<description><![CDATA[Hello, been following through but I think there&#039;s something missing here. This does indeed work but shouldn&#039;t the request for the access token be done differently? 
I understand that after authentication, the redirect to signin-oidc happens and this is managed by the middleware. What I&#039;m trying to understand is:

Does the middleware exchange the authorize code in the redirect response for the access and refresh tokens and store them somewhere or does it store the authorization code and we call RequestAuthorizationCodeAsync and RequestRefreshCodeAsync?]]></description>
